Hot & Cold Wrap
Cold Wrap: It can be frozen for cold Wrap about 1-2 hours. Thus it could be better envelop your head in an icy cocoon of coolness and compression.
Hot Wrap: It can be microwaved for heated Wrap. Please follow the following instructions to heat it.
Remove your product from any plastic bags.
Make sure the product is NOT cold and has reached room temperature (VERY IMPORTANT).
Microwave for 10 seconds; if more heat is needed microwave in 5 second increments.
