Q: Can I pick up in your store?

    A: Yes, Unit 7, 9 northside Drive, Westgate, Auckland.

    Q: Do you offer vouchers or special codes?

    A: Yes we will sometimes run a special deal or voucher codes.

    Q: I have changed my mind about a purchase, can I get a refund?

    A: We will only provide full refunds on faulty, damaged items, or those that have been found to be incorrectly advertised. However, we do understand that people change their mind. If this is the case that you are more than welcome to return the product back to us within 7 days for a full store credit less any shipping and handling costs. All products must be in an "as new" condition, and be returned in its original packaging, unopened, with all original accessories and manuals.

    Q: How long will delivery take?

    A: Are the packages tracked? A: Generally, items are delivered within 1-2 working days when the address is in the North Island. For South Island deliveries it generally takes 2-3 working days for you to receive your item. If items have to be delivered to an RD address, please allow a further 2 working days on top of this.

    Q: When will you ship out my order?

    A: Most of the items will be sent out in the next business day after we have confirmed your payment.You will be notified via an email with a unique tracking number and delivery details.

    Q: Which couriers do you use?

    A: We use courier post or Fastway.

    Q:Why have I received a different item from what I ordered?

    A: Please email us a picture of the order you had received. We will resolve this mistake as soon as possible.
